Heart Alchemy Healing™ was birthed through the waters of Bali - during a sacred purification ceremony where I was guided into the deepest remembrance of my soul.
In that moment, I understood something that changed everything: all healing begins when the heart is ready to open.
The heart is the great alchemist — the bridge between our human experience and our divine truth.
It holds every memory of love and every trace of pain; every time we silenced our truth to be accepted, every wound we buried just to survive. It is both the keeper of our suffering and the wellspring of our wisdom. Within its chambers lives the story of who we have been - and the sacred blueprint of who we are becoming.
Ancient Remembrance
The Lemurians knew this truth intimately. They lived in harmony with the Earth and the cosmos, guided by the understanding that unconditional love is not something we seek - it is something we remember when we are at one with ourselves and all of creation. Their reverence was not toward gods or heavens, but toward the sacredness of the human heart - the living portal through which Source expresses itself.
Heart Alchemy Healing™ is an echo of that remembrance.
It is a process of deep listening - of learning to trust the intelligence of the heart to show us what is ready to be healed. Through this heart alchemy healing; the pain, the wound and the misalignment that caused the petals of the heart to close become sacred invitations to return home.
Heart Alchemy Healing Modality
Through guided sacred meditation, extensive muscle testing and deep intuitive esoteric and existential dialogue; we access Heart Alchemy Healing - the wisdom of the heart to reveal which energy centre (chakra) in your body is holding unintegrated emotion, conditioning or suppression. From there, we follow the threads of memory - through childhood, DNA lineage and soul - to the places where energy became stuck or fragmented causing vibrational amnesia and misalignment in the body, mind and soul. This is not about fixing or forcing; it is about remembering, feeling and reuniting with the parts of ourselves we left behind.
As we move through these layers with compassion and awareness, the heart begins to reopen. The energy field awakens, activates and reorganises. The body softens. The soul returns.
The chakras naturally realign because they were never broken — they were simply waiting for the heart to lead.

Hello My Beloved Soul,
Welcome to my space of infinite healing through the wisdom of your ancient lineage and heart.
If you met me years ago, you might have seen a woman who was holding everything together on the outside - but quietly unraveling on the inside.
My life has been shaped by loss, love, trauma and transformation - the kind that cracks you open so completely that you can never go back to who you were before.
I’ve known the depths of grief, abuse, trauma, betrayal, financial struggle that has spanned my childhood, teenage years, adulthood and motherhood. I’ve walked through the darkest and deepest shadows of my own healing more times than I can count. But each time, something inside me whispered: there is more to this story.
It was through these agonising cracks that light began to pour in.
What began as a search for healing became a journey of remembering - remembering who I am, why I came here and what it truly means to live from the heart.
My healing path led me through the worlds of psychology, trauma recovery, sacred plant medicine, vibrational energy medicine, Human Design, Reiki, ThetaHealing® and an unfathomable spiritual awakening. I studied everything I could find; trying to understand the bridge between the human experience and the soul’s truth. And yet, it wasn’t until I visited Mumma Bali, during a sacred purification ceremony surrounded by water and silence - that I understood the simple, eternal truth that has shaped everything I do:

That moment became the seed of my life’s work — Heart Alchemy Healing™.
The Remembrance and Rebirth
This modality process was never something I created; it was something I remembered. It came through me as a living breathing teaching - a return to my ancient Lemurian knowing that unconditional love is our original frequency and that the heart is the bridge between heaven and earth.
My work is a blend of everything I’ve lived and learned - the science of trauma, the language of energy, the flow of the human experience and the sacred remembrance of the soul.
In session, I hold space for people to reconnect with their hearts wisdom; to see where pain has turned into unbalanced defence, control and suppression and to find their way back to love - not as an idea, but as an embodied truth.
I am not here to fix or save anyone.
I’m here to walk beside you - to hold the light steady while you remember your own. To remind you that your heart already knows the way home.

Sacred Circles
At Heart Alchemy Healing, our weekly gatherings are living ceremonies - sacred spaces of connection, stillness and remembrance.
Each week, we gather to slow down and breathe again. These evenings are a homecoming to the heart - a place to rest, to feel and to remember that healing is not something we chase but something that awakens when we become present.
Every second Tuesday, our Crystal Sound Bowl Healing invites you to surrender into vibration. The crystalline frequencies move through your body, clearing emotional weight, calming the nervous system and re-tuning your cells back to harmony and light.
On the alternate weeks, our Meditation & Moon Circles honour the rhythm of the New and Full Moons, weaving guided chakra meditations, crystals, oracle guidance and Mumma Cacao Medicine to open the heart and deepen connection. Together, we explore what is moving in our inner and outer worlds, aligning with the divine feminine current of the cosmos.
These circles are more than gatherings - they are portals of remembrance.
A sacred coming-together of souls - to witness, to hold, to heal.
