Our Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Evenings (held every second week) invite you to surrender into frequency - to let the vibration of pure sound move through your body, releasing tension, emotion, and energetic debris, while restoring deep balance and peace.
On the alternate weeks, our Meditation & Moon Circles align with the rhythm of the cosmos - tapping into the divine feminine energy of the New Moon and Full Moon to anchor intention, release and renewal. These evenings weave meditation, heart connection, and gentle energy work to help you align with your own natural cycles and the wisdom of the lunar flow.
We begin each circle with Mumma Cacao Medicine - a sacred heart-opening elixir that helps you drop out of the mind and into the tender truth of your heart. Every circle is an invitation to soften, to reconnect and a sacred offering of personal and collective connection - a remembrance of the ancient Lemurian understanding that healing happens profoundly when we come together in presence, sound and pure radiance of Source love.

Every second Tuesday evening, we gather in an intimate circle of eight — a sacred space of sound, frequency, and heart connection.
Each session begins with a ceremonial cup of Mumma Cacao, lovingly prepared to open the heart and soften the body into receptivity. Cacao is the medicine of remembrance — she helps you drop out of the mind and into the language of feeling, awakening the emotional intelligence of the heart.
As the cacao begins to flow through your system, the crystal sound bowls weave their harmonic resonance through every layer of your being — recalibrating the body’s vibration and activating the natural intelligence of your cells.
Through the lens of epigenetics, this process speaks directly to your cellular memory. The frequencies created by the bowls stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting your body from survival into safety — from contraction into expansion.
When the body feels safe, the cells begin to rewrite their story. Energy that once held fear, stress, or ancestral imprinting begins to reorganize — moving from dissonance into coherence, from distortion into divine alignment.

Each fortnight, we meet in the energy of the moon - her phases guiding us through release, renewal and reflection. Whether bathed in the light of the Full Moon or held in the quiet of the New Moon, we journey inward to listen - to the whispers of our heart, the stories of our body and the guidance of the soul.
We begin with Mumma Cacao; the ancient heart medicine that softens the walls around us and opens the portal of deep feeling. From this space of openness, you’ll be guided through a Theta Chakra Meditation, allowing energy to move, emotions to release and your heart to realign with its natural rhythm.
We’ll pull oracle cards for insight, work with crystals to amplify healing and move through guided reflections to bring awareness to both your inner world and outer world - the seen and unseen parts of your current journey.
These evenings are a coming together - a sacred circle to explore what’s stirring within and around you.
