Service Description
AVAILABLE ONLINE AND IN PERSON In this session we tap into your heart's wisdom through a deep heart coherent meditation. We then look to muscle test through your chakras energy centres to understand where your blocks are and what is calling to be brought into your conscious awareness to be healed. Using Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, Existential and Esoteric teachings, Theta Healing and CBT Therapy - we unlock patterns, programs and limiting beliefs that you may have been carrying through childhood, & generational trauma, past-lives, wounded adult experiences and more. We explore how these have been holding you back from fully opening your heart to safety and love within yourself. We explore how this may be showing up in your external environment (relationships, friendships, career, internal personal stories and cycles, physical, emotional and mental health). After each session, you are sent a full comprehensive summary of everything we moved through in your session including key takeaways, integration tools, summary of understandings and more. We finish each session with integration meditation and a Leumarian Frequency Oracle Card teaching. This is a powerful healing session bringing shifts of energy and perspectives and clearing pathways for light, harmony, alignment, self-love and joy to return into your life. Heart Alchemy Healing was born from a deep remembrance - the ancient understanding that all healing begins in the heart. It’s through the heart that we return home to ourselves, to the parts that have been silenced, protected or forgotten. The heart is where the soul speaks the clearest. It knows where pain was stored, where the energy became tangled and where love is ready to return. In this sacred space, we listen and your are fully seen. Through guided meditation, intuitive dialogue and muscle testing, we open the gateway to your heart’s wisdom - allowing it to reveal which energy centre is calling to be seen, understood and healed. Together, we meet what has been hidden: the pain, the suppression, the patterns that have closed the petals of the heart. This process is not about fixing or forcing - it’s about remembering. When the heart is met with presence, it softens. When it feels safe, it opens. And when it opens, the body, mind and soul fall back into alignment. This is where the alchemy happens - where awareness becomes healing, where love becomes light, and where your energy returns to its natural rhythm of wholeness.
Cancellation Policy
1. Making a Booking Sessions with Heart Alchemy Healing are available via face to face and secure video platform to ensure accessibility & flexibility for all clients. Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone or via email. Session availability is limited, so we encourage early bookings to secure your preferred time. 2. Session Fees & Payment * Session fees are listed on our website or provided upon enquiry. * Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made. * We accept debit card, eftpos, cash & bank transfer. * Receipts can be provided upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time & access to appointments: * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee. * Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies or under compassionate circumstances at the discretion of Heart Alchemy Healing. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to maintain fairness for all clients. Full session fees apply for late arrivals. Please ensure you are logged in and ready to begin your online session promptly at your booked time. 5. Rescheduling by Heart Alchemy Healing If we need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available session time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided for any pre-paid session. 6. Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential & managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & professional ethical guidelines. Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to administrative or booking-related matters only. 7.
