Service Description
This is a deeply restorative and multidimensional energy healing experience — a blend of pure Reiki, DNA recoding, and Source realignment that brings harmony back to your body, mind, and soul. In this session, we work beyond the physical — opening pathways for divine light to flow through your energy field, clearing distortion, stagnation, and old emotional memory. Reiki serves as the sacred current that reconnects you to your original frequency, while deep DNA and Source recoding awaken the remembrance of who you truly are beneath the noise and the stories. You may feel warmth, release, or gentle waves of peace as your energy recalibrates into alignment with your soul’s natural rhythm. Each session is intuitively guided — a co-creation with your higher self — restoring the inner harmony that allows the heart, body, and spirit to move as one.
Cancellation Policy
1. Making a Booking Sessions with Heart Alchemy Healing are available via face to face and secure video platform to ensure accessibility & flexibility for all clients. Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone or via email. Session availability is limited, so we encourage early bookings to secure your preferred time. 2. Session Fees & Payment * Session fees are listed on our website or provided upon enquiry. * Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made. * We accept debit card, eftpos, cash & bank transfer. * Receipts can be provided upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time & access to appointments: * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee. * Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies or under compassionate circumstances at the discretion of Heart Alchemy Healing. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to maintain fairness for all clients. Full session fees apply for late arrivals. Please ensure you are logged in and ready to begin your online session promptly at your booked time. 5. Rescheduling by Heart Alchemy Healing If we need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available session time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided for any pre-paid session. 6. Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential & managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & professional ethical guidelines. Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to administrative or booking-related matters only. 7.
