Service Description
This session is a foundational walk-through of your Human Design chart - clear, practical and directly relatable to your real life. We explore your Energy Type, Strategy, Authority and Profile so you understand how your energy is designed to move, decide and interact with the world. We’ll also focus on one centre as a point of discussion - unpacking how it shows up in your relationships, work, emotional responses and day-to-day patterns. This is not a detailed written report. It’s a live reading - conversational, grounded and focused on helping you recognise yourself in your design. An intuitive reading designed to help you finally see how your energy works and where you may be living against it. You’ll leave with greater clarity around your energy style, decision-making process and one key area of conditioning or strength that’s currently shaping your life.
Cancellation Policy
1. Making a Booking Sessions with Heart Alchemy Healing are available via face to face and secure video platform to ensure accessibility & flexibility for all clients. Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by phone or via email. Session availability is limited, so we encourage early bookings to secure your preferred time. 2. Session Fees & Payment * Session fees are listed on our website or provided upon enquiry. * Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made. * We accept debit card, eftpos, cash & bank transfer. * Receipts can be provided upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect everyone’s time & access to appointments: * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee. * Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies or under compassionate circumstances at the discretion of Heart Alchemy Healing. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to maintain fairness for all clients. Full session fees apply for late arrivals. Please ensure you are logged in and ready to begin your online session promptly at your booked time. 5. Rescheduling by Heart Alchemy Healing If we need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available session time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided for any pre-paid session. 6. Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential & managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & professional ethical guidelines. Communication outside of scheduled sessions is limited to administrative or booking-related matters only. 7.
